iCat® Sectional Door

iCat Sectional doors create safe and highly insulating environments, especially for workplaces. The most important features are the bearing options suitable for the shape of the building, heat insulation feature, durability, easy applicability and long life.

iCat Insulated sectional type Industrial door is designed and manufactured according to the walls, ceilings and other features of the building (cranes, windows, jacks, etc.), leaving the largest free usage area for the user. The bearing system is prepared according to the measurements made at the workplace.

DOOR PANEL (METECNO - ITALY)

Door sections (panels) are in steel/polyurethane/steel form and steels are hot dip galvanized.

40 kg/m3 density CFC-11 free polyurethane foam was used. Wicks were placed to ensure sealing between the sections.

Wood pattern is given on the outer surfaces of the sections. Finger compression safety is available.

The steels used in the panels are 0.50 mm thick. The thickness of the galvanized steel used in the endcaps attached to the panel ends is 1.00 mm.

DOOR METAL FITTINGS (FLEXI FORCE - DUTCH

  • Steel Rails: It is the material on which the galvanized door moves, which can be placed in standard, high or guillotine form according to the gap on the door.
  • Torsion (Bending) Springs: Minimizes the weight of the door and reduces the load on the motor. The torsion spring mechanism balances the door weight and allows the door to be opened and closed easily by hand in case of power failure or in mechanical (manual) doors. Torsion springs min. 20,000 units are produced for opening-closing.
  • Open-Close-Stop Buttons: Can be applied from inside or outside. The movement of the door is provided by the buttons 
  • Control Box: It is on the motor. It is the place where the opening and closing of the door is programmed. The options selected for opening and closing the door can be introduced to this panel and started to be used. 
  • Insulation Wicks: These are elastic seals located on the right, left, bottom and top of the door. It provides isolation at the points where the door meets the blind frame and the wall.
  • Pneumatic Safety (STANDARD IN MOTORIZED SYSTEMS) : When the sensor in the pneumatic wick under the door encounters any obstacle during the downward movement of the door, it makes a soft touch on the obstacle and allows the door to return upwards.
  •  Spring Safety System (OPTIONAL): It locks the spring in case of spring breakage as a result of overload, prevents the spring from dispersing by taking its gap and ensures that the door does not fall.
  • Rope Safety System (STANDARD): Prevents the door from falling as a result of rope breakage as a result of overload.
  • Prismatic Safety Photocell Security System (OPTIONAL): It is installed at a height of 40-60 cm from the floor on both sides of the door. If the laser beam sent from the receiver is momentarily interrupted while the door is closing, the door stops and returns.
  • Window (OPTIONAL): Double walled 680mm x 373mm
  • Service Door (OPTIONAL): With safety switch and door pull system for pedestrian passage inside the door. The system does not work when the door is open.
  • Bearing Types: Standard / High / Vertical and Low bedding options are available. The bearing system is determined according to the door gap dimensions.
