iCat specially designed Hermetic hinged doors, with stainless steel full frame and adjustable hinges, provide a low pressure passage between two rooms with different pressures with a gasket surrounding the door leaf.

Hermetic Hinged Doors of the Hospital Doors series are an integrated solution for Operating Rooms or Clean Rooms, as they maintain the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the operating room or operating room.

• For hygienic and hermetic doors, the panel door leaf thickness to be used is hpl 48mm and stainless 50 mm
• Door leaf frames are made of HPL or 1 mm 304 quality stainless steel and the covering materials are insulated with anti-bacterial silicone or wick (Epdm gasket).
• Nitrile gasket is used on all frames to ensure tightness.
• Liquid polyurethane with a density of 50 kg/dm3 is injected into the inside of the wing material under hot press to obtain a homogeneous rigid structure.
• Door wing frames are manufactured from 1.5-2 mm stainless steel sheet as full frame. Stainless steel adjustable hinges are used on the frame.
• With non-twisted HPL hygienic wing or stainless wing surface, the frame is both face to face and there is no recess protrusion, we produce it as both face to face. The panel has a monolithic panel feature.
• Observation window is optional on the panel. Its standard size is 400*400 mm and we have different size options. There is no aluminum frame around this window due to the hygienic panel surface feature.
• There is absolutely no brush under the door.
• Within the door passage distance, there is absolutely no guide on the floor to prevent stretcher passage.
